1. Scope and contact
These terms govern use of the NEXFIND service. Questions may be submitted through the feedback page.
2. Independent reference service
NEXFIND is an independent product-search and quality-reference interface. It is not a seller, shopping agent, payment processor, marketplace or inspection laboratory, and is not affiliated with the marketplaces or shopping agents referenced on the site.
3. External checkout
When you choose a shopping channel you leave NEXFIND. The third party controls price, stock, shipping, customs, returns, payments and order fulfilment. You must review that platform’s terms and product warnings before ordering.
4. Product and QC information
Images, QC references, prices and product descriptions are informational and may be incomplete, outdated or supplied by third parties. They are not a guarantee of authenticity, legality, quality or availability.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account activity. Do not abuse, probe, disrupt, scrape at harmful rates, upload unlawful content, bypass access controls or use the service to violate third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for transactions, goods, losses or disputes arising on third-party platforms.
7. Changes
Features and these terms may change. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
