1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the NEXFIND service. Privacy enquiries may be submitted through the feedback page.
2. Information we process
We process account details you provide, OAuth profile identifiers, saved-product choices, feedback submissions, and limited records of searches and third-party channel redirects. We do not collect or process checkout or payment-card information because checkout takes place on the selected third-party platform.
3. Why we use it
Information is used to provide sign-in, saved products, feedback handling, fraud prevention, service security, link troubleshooting and aggregated service analytics.
4. Cookies and sessions
Strictly necessary HttpOnly cookies keep users signed in, protect OAuth handshakes and authorize the administration area. Authentication tokens are not stored in browser local storage. A language-preference cookie remembers the selected language.
5. Third-party services
Google or Discord may process information when their sign-in option is used. Shopping agents process information after you leave NEXFIND. Their own privacy policies apply to those services.
6. Retention and choices
Data is retained only while needed for the purposes above or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact method above. Deleting an account also removes its saved-product list.
7. Security and changes
We use signed HttpOnly sessions, input validation, access controls and security response headers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
